Jinxuan is a Taiwanese special variety tea also known as (TTES.12). With golden tea color it is famous for its unique milky aroma. In 1981, the founder of this tea plant named it after his grandmom so called Jinxuan.
To keep its original refreshing taste, we skip the roasting step on purpose. Our Jinxuan tea tree is located in Sun Link Sea. In the best daylight we plucked our tea by hand, then the plucked leaf is withered by 30 years experienced master to reach the desired fermentation which is 10 percent. After rolling and shaping it turns into green with loose ball shape.
Now we are just getting started! To make our Jinxuan its unique creamy aroma more prominent. We use our unique ambient drying technique that would bring the rich creamy aroma to another level. Sweetness got extracted by the high heat. Accordingly our Jinxuan tea could keep that elegant milky aroma with slight floral undertone in hot brew over ice without any bitterness and astringent aftertaste.
